I am all for body scrubs do you know why? Well its simple they make me look pretty, young and fresh. Body scrubs are a great way of getting rid of dead layer ok skin, revealing younger skin underneath and leaving your skin smooth and soft.  Scrubs contain natural oils which help moistures and feed your skin. They are enriched with essential oils with properties which are infused with aroma therapy and also you can combine all sorts of scents that can sooth, energize your skin. Homemade body scrub recipes are easy to make and can be whisked up in the privacy of your kitchen. They are not only good for your skin but also a great present that you can give to one your favorite girlfriends. Are you wondering what are
these scrubs and how will you make them, that’s what I am here for today I’ll cover how to make body scrubs made out of sugar, salt, oatmeal, coffee and more. Ladies get ready as these recipes not only give you porcelain skin it will provide you that heavenly glow and freshness that everyone desires deeply.
What I am about to tell you now, I personally call them Homemade body scrubs recipes 101. Following are the basic ingredients that are used in all body scrub that you find in different stores.
EXFOLIATE: essentially is a grainy substance, sugar and salt are the most common, and the great thing about salt and sugar is that they dissolve in water so they don’t leave any muddle in your bath tub.
a)      SALT: is a great relaxant it helps a great deal in soothing out your muscles, sea salt is usually preferred as it is less processed as compared to table salt, contains a wide array of minerals and elements, and is said to be gentler on the skin. If you have trouble finding sea salt don’t hesitate to use the regular table salt. Whatever types of salt that you use just remember to grind it to a similar consistency of a table salt.
b)      SUGAR: it is said that sugar feels gentler on the skin as compared to salt. One can use white sugar or brown, but usually brown is preferred more as it smells better and with a hint of vanilla essence it really smells divine.
c)       GROUND COFFEE: Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly made coffee; Ground coffee has caffeine which is known to have benefits for your skin. Caffeine is known to be vasoconstrictor, meaning that it causes vessels to tighten so it can momentarily lessen varicose veins and rosacea.

d)      OATMEAL:is one of the gentlest exfoliants. It is an emollient, meaning that is softens and hydrates ones skin. It has been used for decades for homemade remedies for skin itch and dryness. Unlike salt and sugar, you can use Oatmeal with water.
