Delicious Pasanday Kebab
For garam masala:
Dry coriander – 2 tsp White zeera – 1 ¼ tsp
Clove – 6 Black pepper – 8
Big cardamom – 1 or 2 Small cardamom – 5

Heat up above ingredients and grind them.
Onion – 2 Oil – 3 tbsp
Meat – 1 kg Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Ginger, garlic paste – 2 tsp Salt – as taste
Yogurt – 4 tbsp Ghee – 1 ¼ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 ½ tbsp

Method:
Take a pan, put oil in it, heat up and put onion and fry until light brown, then put meat, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic paste and water and cook until meat is done and water is dry properly, then put grind garam masala and salt and mix well. Now put meat on skewers.
Now take a bowl and put yoghurt, ghee and lemon juice, mix well and apply on skewers with brush and grill or BBQ.
Also can be served without yoghurt mixture as it is with parathas or zeera pulao.
