EXFOLIATE: essentially is a grainy substance, sugar and salt are the most common, and the great thing about salt and sugar is that they dissolve in water so they don’t leave any muddle in your bath tub.
a)      SALT: is a great relaxant it helps a great deal in soothing out your muscles, sea salt is usually preferred as it is less processed as compared to table salt, contains a wide array of minerals and elements, and is said to be gentler on the skin. If you have trouble finding sea salt don’t hesitate to use the regular table salt. Whatever types of salt that you use just remember to grind it to a similar consistency of a table salt.
b)      SUGAR: it is said that sugar feels gentler on the skin as compared to salt. One can use white sugar or brown, but usually brown is preferred more as it smells better and with a hint of vanilla essence it really smells divine.
c)       GROUND COFFEE: Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly made coffee; Ground coffee has caffeine which is known to have benefits for your skin. Caffeine is known to be vasoconstrictor, meaning that it causes vessels to tighten so it can momentarily lessen varicose veins and rosacea.

d) OATMEAL:is one of the gentlest exfoliants. It is an emollient, meaning that is softens and hydrates ones skin. It has been used for decades for homemade remedies for skin itch and dryness. Unlike salt and sugar, you can use Oatmeal with water.

Prepare the eyelids. Brush on the shimmering color base from the base of the top lash line to the top of the eyelid.
2. Outline the rim of the lower eyelid. Use a dark-colored eye crayon to outline the base of the eyes. Extend this line outward to approximately ¼ inch on each side, creating a “wing.”
3. Prepare the inner eyelids. Brush on the light shimmering eye color (primary color) from the inner eyes to the middle of the brow area.
4. Accent the outer eyelid area. Brush on the darker shimmering eye color (secondary color) on the remainder of the eyelid and extend upward toward the brow area. Add color as needed to extend upward at a 45-degree angle where you created the “wing” in Step 2.

5. Blend the upper eyelid colors together. Use a flat-tipped, wide-angle brush to blend all the colors together using an upward motion. You will still be able to see a gradient of colors.
6. Highlight the upper brow area. Use the white or cream-colored eyeshadow to accentuate the upper brow area. This is used as a highlighting technique to accentuate the eyes even further.
7. Apply a second layer of dark crayon to the upper eyelid. Use the same dark crayon as in Step 2 to create a thick band of color on the upper lids.
8. Finish the upper eyelid. Use the black liquid eyeliner to create a thin line of color that extends outward ¼ inch of the crease of the upper eyelids to create a “wing” shape. Allow to dry.
9. Finish the look with mascara. Apply 2 to 3 coats of mascara to the upper eyelashes to complete the look.

Delicous Fajita Spaghetti Recipe 2012

8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1 pound boneless chicken or breasts cut into strips
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion sliced
2 small bell papers any color thinly sliced
1 can 4 ounces chopped green chillies
1/2 cup water
1 cup taco sauce
1 envolope fajita seasoning mix

Procedure:

saute chicken in oil until juices run clear 8 to 10 minutes
remove chicken from the skillet and keep warm
in the same skillet saute the onion and the peppers until tender
add back in the chicken
add the chilies, water, taco sauce and fajita seasoning
heat throughly reduce heat to keep warm
cook spaghetti according to directions and drain well
top hot cooked spagetti with the chicken mixture
serve
