Fruit Ball Recipe
Roll into small balls of mixture and put it into refrigerate overnight.
Mix extra chocolate and butter, put it into simmering water and Stir until smooth.
Dip each fruit ball in chocolate until evenly coated.
Place balls into grated coconut allow to set in a cool place.
Using the coarse blade, force fruits through a food chopper. Add the powdered sugar and orange juice; mix well and chill. Shape into 1″ balls, using powdered sugar on hands and rolling surface as needed. Roll the balls in colored sugars. Store with waxed paper between layers in a cool place in a tightly covered container.
